Windows 3.2, also known as Windows 3.2 Chinese Edition, released on November 22, 1993 and released officially to manufacturing on April 27, 1994, is an update to the Chinese version of Windows 3.1. The update was limited to this version, as it fixed only issues related to the complex writing system of the Chinese language. Windows 3.2 was generally sold by computer manufacturers with a ten-disk version of MS-DOS that also had Simplified Chinese characters in basic output and some translated utilities.
In all other ways, it is similar in performance to the stock Windows 3.1 operating system.
